The main aim of this paper is to highlight a financing mode based on relationship. We examine the relational financing in the specific framework of relationship between small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and Banks. We show across a qualitative study that the establishment of a relational financing mode enables SMEs managers to reinforce their interaction experience and to enhance their negotiation capabilities. The SME manager's interpersonal competence and his bargaining ability become for the banker a vector of assessing failure risk of his client. The results of this study emphasizes how important it is for SMEs to use their interaction experience with banks so as to acquire more capacity when negotiating.

A large number of investment avenues are available for investors in India. Risk and return are the major issues which an investor faces to maximize his returns while choosing investing avenues depending on his objectives, preferences and needs. The advent of mutual funds has helped in garnering the investible funds of this category of investors in a significant way. Mutual fund is one of the most viable investment options for the small investor as it offers an opportunity to invest in a diversified, professionally managed basket of securities at a relatively low cost. Mutual funds offer different schemes for different investment objectives. ELSS funds are one of the best avenues to save tax; also the investor gets the potential upside of equity exposure. Indian investors have little information to take prudent investment decisions. Such information drought is the breeding ground for misguidance, leading the investor to opt for a particular scheme without an in-depth analysis, resulting in dissatisfaction over fund performance. The present paper aims to identify and address this basic issue in detail, covering the history of mutual fund evolution, their significance for the small investor and the need for study of mutual funds and the ELSS funds. The study aims to benefit the tax-burdened small investor who is barely financially literate and has little time (or energy) to research before buying a fund.

Features of state regulation of small business. Determined that the small business in transitional economies has a number of specific socio-economic functions. Functions and methods of state regulation of the economy differ significantly in the transition period to the market and during the prevailing market relations. The effectiveness of small business is in the field of public administration. The limits of state regulation, which materialized in normative legislation, constantly changing: they are narrow and inferior policy of deregulation. Thus the state regulation does not disappear, and qualitatively improving, gets new features, especially in the protection of the public along with the (public) interests and the interests of private entrepreneurs. Individuals with a strong motive of affiliation and less strong motive power and achievements can hold positions on the boards of various evels, as they are more likely focused on caring for the welfare of citizens.

The complexity and turbulence of the environment thus makes it difficult for organizations to act unilaterally to structure and solve the problems they face. This issue is of great importance nowadays specially in public sector where problems are to be structured and the policies are to be implemented in collaboration. This research is going to present a conceptual model in problem structuring phase in order to maximize collaboration. Since the health sector and health policies are of utmost importance, health experts, policy makers and practitioners in this sector have been interviewed .The results prove that power, dialogue and shared meaning play the vital role among which dialogue has the key importance to reach collaboration among actors and stakeholders.
