Organizational Comforting Policy as Superintendence Rescuer

Abstract

One of the most stable methods of development is co mfo rting policy strategy. By co mfo rting policy, products and presenting new or mod ified products to the market, novel co mpetitive priv ileges for an organizat ion are created, and if this process continues the organization could easily took the responsibility of the market leadership, and stop being in a passive state. The organizational co mforting is production in massive amount with low prices, which is labelled as economy of scale. Organizational co mfo rting strategy involves adding some new but unrelated products and services to their existing ones and comforting policy them to their current customers. This strategy is concerned when a organization tries to increase its control by acquiring organizations that supply it with input or organizations that are customers for its output. It aims at excelling in the co mpetition by offering products with the lowest cost. This paper proposes a relation of organizational co mfort ing policy by benevolent superintendence and reviews the organizat ional co mforting p lanning and performance measurement literature to develop a conceptual model and research propositions. Data are drawn fro m a survey of the comfort organizat ions in comfort organizations that around few samples of benevolent superintendence engage in organizational co mfort ing policy. The interview schedule was designed to collect data on a number of benevolent superintendence and strategic characteristics in addition to asking about the presence or absence of an organizational comfo rting policy and, where appropriate, the time period to which the plan applied. Interv iews were conducted face to face direct ly within the workplace, train ing and consultant sessions or indirect ly by e-mail or using structured questionnaire. The benevolent superintendence characteristics showing a significant association with a co mmit ment to organizat ional comfo rting policy and also organizational co mfort ing policy showed a positive association with that benevolent superintendence with a growth o rientation. It is concluded that benevolent superintendence characteristics can be important in exp laining and co mpilation the organizational co mforting policy within the co mfort organizat ions for imp lementation of organizational co mforting planning. In fact, co mfo rt organizat ions influence whether or not those organizations engage in organizational co mfort ing planning. In this field, the focus is on the special characteristics of benevolent superintendence such as education type and level.
