Abstract
The article comparing performance transnatsyonalnosti domestic and foreign multinational companies. Among Ukrainian TNC analyzed features transnatsyonalizatsiyi corporations «System Capital Management», «Privat", "Interpipe" compared with the corresponding parameters of foreign companies «Exxon Mobil», «Walmart Stores», «Sinopec Group».
