Abstract
To determine MBA graduates' subjective responses to their first jobs and the areas of their greatest dissatisfactions, the authors queried a group about ten factors: advancement opportunity, challenging work, responsibility, salary, supervision, location, job prestige, training programs, fringe benefits, and security.
