Inter Organizational Flowing Relationship Pattern

In accordance with performance value increase at other companies that can perform of pattern high percent and receive results that after this range, the positive change about performance value will be possible. Inter organizational performance is an important issue; its absence often leads to lethargy and reduced inter organizational commitment. The organization’s immediate external environment posses a second set of challenging factors. In order to performance increase of industrial companies because of competition conditions in nowadays world with more various threats, perform of necessary actions are required. Meanwhile, in accordance with mentioned opinions, this research is found that if the total average values of each person were very high, create flowing relationship will be suitable for him, and if such values be very low, the execution place will be proposed. In other wise, if the total average values of person be medium, he or she will put in balancer or supporting flowing relationship place. All of the organizations, before choosing of alternatives for improve of company performance, proposed for test and evaluation of the pattern of this research, and if they couldn’t receive of suitable results from perform of it, in that case will be free for choosing and selecting another alternative. The term inter organizational flowing relationship have declared that risk taking capability of the flowing relationship is the major factor for making distinguish between flowing relationship and workers. Since then, risk taking was taken as one of inter organizational flowing relationship's component into consideration. For these reasons, after determination of flowing relationship places for manufacturing organizations, the find of alternatives for perform of it is very important.

Developing and launching the INNOPENA Internet platform to unblock the flow of innovative solutions between R&D and industry in Poland

This paper presents actual, unsatisfactory innovative activity of processing industry in Poland and one of its regions named Wielkopolska (Greater Poland). The analysis uses data from international and internal sources, as well as results of special research programmes. Various barriers were identified and particularly very low level of cooperation between enterprises and R&D sector represented by universities, institutes of Polish Academy of Science and others. The aim of this paper is to present newly established Internet platform INNOPENA®, which was built relying on the ‘open innovation’ concept. There is a hope, that this new instrument will improve cooperation for better innovation activity, especially in favour of small and medium enterprises.

Automating Counselling and Career Services in Saudi Arabia Higher Education Institutes

Currently, career counselling services are offered in most of the higher education institutes in Saudi Arabia, however, there are no systems installed to automate these services. This paper takes Dar Al Hekma College (DAHC) in Saudi Arabia as motivation case and discusses the need of automating the college’s counselling and career services. By following the stages of SDLC, an effective system was developed for a real-world environment. The methods used for fact finding techniques were observations, interviews, questionnaires, and discussions. The survey outcomes have also shown a positive reaction regarding the impact of installation of such a system. Insights from this study can be applied to other higher education institutes in Saudi Arabia.

Organizational Comforting Policy as Superintendence Rescuer

One of the most stable methods of development is co mfo rting policy strategy. By co mfo rting policy, products and presenting new or mod ified products to the market, novel co mpetitive priv ileges for an organizat ion are created, and if this process continues the organization could easily took the responsibility of the market leadership, and stop being in a passive state. The organizational co mforting is production in massive amount with low prices, which is labelled as economy of scale. Organizational co mfo rting strategy involves adding some new but unrelated products and services to their existing ones and comforting policy them to their current customers. This strategy is concerned when a organization tries to increase its control by acquiring organizations that supply it with input or organizations that are customers for its output. It aims at excelling in the co mpetition by offering products with the lowest cost. This paper proposes a relation of organizational co mfort ing policy by benevolent superintendence and reviews the organizat ional co mforting p lanning and performance measurement literature to develop a conceptual model and research propositions. Data are drawn fro m a survey of the comfort organizat ions in comfort organizations that around few samples of benevolent superintendence engage in organizational co mfort ing policy. The interview schedule was designed to collect data on a number of benevolent superintendence and strategic characteristics in addition to asking about the presence or absence of an organizational comfo rting policy and, where appropriate, the time period to which the plan applied. Interv iews were conducted face to face direct ly within the workplace, train ing and consultant sessions or indirect ly by e-mail or using structured questionnaire. The benevolent superintendence characteristics showing a significant association with a co mmit ment to organizat ional comfo rting policy and also organizational co mfort ing policy showed a positive association with that benevolent superintendence with a growth o rientation. It is concluded that benevolent superintendence characteristics can be important in exp laining and co mpilation the organizational co mforting policy within the co mfort organizat ions for imp lementation of organizational co mforting planning. In fact, co mfo rt organizat ions influence whether or not those organizations engage in organizational co mfort ing planning. In this field, the focus is on the special characteristics of benevolent superintendence such as education type and level.

Research on Framework of Risk Management of Uncertain Innovation

The uncertainty of innovation determines its characteristic of high risks. The management of innovation risks is significant. The h igh risks of innovation activities require managers to imp lement scientific and effective innovation risk management. On the basis of a general rev iew o f the risk management of uncertain innovation, by combining the case of innovation project, this paper discussed the framework of uncertain innovation risk management wh ich combination the qualitative and quantitative management methods, in the hope of providing scientific references for managers making innovation risk management decisions.
